A grand day out Part II

At Capitol Park there are lots of awesome memorials dedicated to awesome people.



People, like firefighters.



And wounded combat veterans.  (Can you find me in this picture?)



I then strolled over to the cactus garden



I have several big friends who are big fans of cacti.



Cacti are cool!



They're way more awesome than the grounds littered with oranges from the Capitol citrus trees.

A grand day out Part I

I had an awesome day at Capitol Park!



I strolled through the awesome green grass.



Sat on the benches.



Looked at cool trees and their cool signs.



Stuck my hands in a bear mouth.



I even sat on Father Junipero Serra's big toe!

Bye bye birdies

I went on a morning stroll after enjoying an awesome breakfast of oatmeal, scrambled eggs, toast, sausage, and orange juice. 



Yikes.  Dead bird.  It's one thing to come across a dead animal, but it's another when they're scattered everywhere.

Dead bird #3.  Why all the dead birds?  Today was a sad, sad Sunday.

Let's eat Little Debbie

Little Debbie snacks rock!



The company's founders named the brand after their granddaughter.



I wonder if Little Debbie is still alive.



And does she eat her namesake snacks?

Big people's little food is still big for a little man, though.  But it's awesome nonetheless!
