Marsh marsh marsh! Part III

I hiked and hiked through tons of dried up grass to the tule marsh.

There was a metal fence surrounding the marsh, though, so I wasn't able to see much.

I turned back around and took another trail, where there were awesome rocks.

And this awesome tree, which had acorns inserted into its trunk from top to bottom, probably by acorn woodpeckers.

I later hiked to the lake.

Ah, it was nice relaxing by the lake after the long hike.  I had an awesome time at Anderson Marsh State Historic Park!

  1. It must have taken you weeks to hike so far.
