Fabulous Folsom Part V

I enjoyed some time by Lake Natoma.

Then I headed back through the park.

And went across the street!  Wowie, there were lots of cars.  Good thing I didn't get run over.

Green and yellow -- my favorite colors!  What's your favorite color?

I trekked across the Folsom historic truss bridge, which was originally dedicated in 1893.  See that white sign attached to the bridge in the picture above? Apparently back in the day there was a $25 fine for driving more than 20 horses, 50 cows, or 200 sheep, pigs or goats over the bridge at one time.

I had an awesome time in Folsom!

  1. I think it's a bad thing that you didn't get run over by a car. I am very sad now.
