As for my rose plants, well, the big friend I entrusted their care in when I was out of town killed them. My big friend also killed most of my strawberry plants. But I'm a very forgiving little man. Still, I'll probably ask a different friend to watch my plants next time.
Why can't you just admit that you killed the plants rather than blame it on your "big friend"?
